WASHINGTON, Pa. — The Washington Wild Things will be affected by the outcome of Super Bowl XLV.

At least their mascot will be.

Wild Thing, mascot of the Frontier League baseball franchise, has a bet with Jeremiah, mascot of the Green Bay Bullfrogs, a summer collegiate baseball team that plays in the Northwoods League.

If the Steelers win, Jeremiah must carry and wave a Terrible Towel during one of the Bullfrogs’ first home games.

If the Packers win, the Wild Thing must wear a Cheesehead hat during his team’s first homestand of the season.
