Grace Ann Claypoole, the infant daughter of Van J. and Jamie Kostecky Claypoole of Butler, died at birth Monday at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Cynthia Conti of Sandford, N.C., and Richard and Linda Kostecky of Butler; her great-grandparents, Lillian Kostecky of Butler, Katherine Claypoole of Butler, and Bill and Marion Butler of Greenville.
