Karen E. Clark
Karen Emagene Clark, 65, of Stone Mountain, Ga., died Wednesday.
She was born April 30, 1945.
Karen inspired all friends and family with her courageous 11-year battle fighting ovarian cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gail and Harry Ziegler; a sister, Pat Baughman; and a brother, Dr. Kirk Ziegler.
Karen was a graduate of the Butler Hospital School of Nursing.
As a dedicated nurse for 35 years, she loved caring for patients, gardening and the beach.
She will be missed by the Cancer Survivor group and the countless lives she touched.
Surviving are her husband, Robert L. Clark; sons Steven R. Clark of Stone Mountain, Ga., and Daniel J. Clark and his wife, Noel, and a beloved grandson, Jason, of Marietta, Ga.; a sister, Harriet Fennell and her husband, Paul, of Greensburg; a niece, Carly; and nephews, Joey, Dave, Kevin, Rick, Eric, Chris and Adam.
<B>CLARK</B> — A memorial service for Karen Emagene Clark, who died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Holy Trinity Parish, 515 E. Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, Ga.
