The Rev. James H. Reynolds, 83, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sara Schiever Reynolds of Tempe, Ariz.; two sons, James N. Reynolds and his wife, Sue, of Salt Lake City and John G. Reynolds and his wife, Elaine, of Phoenix; four daughters, Iris and her husband, John, Philbin of Phoenix, Grace R. Turner of Phoenix,

Carol E. and her husband, the Rev. Paul, Williams of Blythe, Calif.; and Anne and her husband, Terry, Knight of Chandler, Ariz.; seven grandchildren, Jaime Fell, Andrew Reynolds, Michael Williams, Alissa Williams, Luke Williams, Christopher Knight and Grant Knight; three great-grandchildren; and one brother-in-law, Sidney Schiever and his wife, Joan, of Harmony.
