Dustin Mahoney and Miranda Benefield

A Feb. 5 wedding is being planned by Miranda Benefield of Pisgah, Ala., and Dustin Mahoney of Genoa, Italy.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Marlene Benefield of Pisgah, Ala. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Donald and Barbara Mahoney of Evans City.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Pisgah High School and a 2008 graduate of the Moody Bible Institute. She is employed by the Arc of Jackson County in Scottsboro, Ala.

Her fiance graduated in 2003 from Butler High School and in 2007 from the Moody Bible Institute. He is employed by Avant Ministries in Genoa, Italy.
