Hoover

Michelle R. Hoover, 45, of Butler lost her long battle with Chron's disease at 11:28 a.m. on Thursday at UPMC Montifiore in Pittsburgh.

She was born Feb. 7, 1966, in Butler, the daughter of the late Larry Hoover and Carol Hoover of Butler.

Michelle was a Steelers fan and liked writing poetry.

Surviving are her daughter, Brianna Hoover of Butler; her mother, Carol (Freehling) Hoover of Butler; her sister, Lori (Wesley) Bortmas of Butler; several aunts and uncles; two nieces; and her fiance, Randall Fair of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her father and her grandson.
