Sixteen-month-old Ryan Ramage, the son of Herb and Bonnie Ramage, dons the traditional New Year's Eve celebration hat and noisemaker Dec. 29, 1984. This year's New Year's Eve falls on Friday and will be marked by public celebrations in Butler, Harmony and Mars.
