Northwest Savings Bank in Cranberry Township presented a check for $1,177 to the

Butler County Humane Society in November.Fundraising projects included bake sales and gift basket raffles in addition to selling paper bones for customers to purchase, sign and post inside the bank.———The

Prospect Library received a grant from the Libri Foundation with help from the Prospect Area Library Supporters (PALS).The library was given the opportunity to choose 38 books valued at more than $600 from a list of more than 700 titles.The Libri Foundation is a nationwide nonprofit organization that donates new children’s books to small, rural public libraries in the United States through its Books for Children program.———On Dec. 16, the winners at the Butler Duplicate Bridge Club were:First:
