A memorial service to commemorate the life of Patrick Rutherford, who died Nov. 8, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Fairview Township Municipal Building, Hooker Road, Karns City, with the Rev. Shelia Auer, pastor of the McKee Chapel United Methodist Church, Fenelton, officiating. Interment of ashes will be in Colorado.
