BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Carrie A. Abraham, 43, of Lyndora waived to court charges of forgery, identity theft, fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 17 by township police.
Maria C. Cantera, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 18 by state police. Cantera was ordered to pay $352 in fines and court costs.
Justin A. Dean, 23, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 8 by township police. Dean was ordered to pay $575.50 in fines and court costs.
Carissa L. Epperson, 33, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of felony retail theft and theft by deception, filed Dec. 7 by township police. Epperson, in a separate case township police filed Dec. 3, waived charges of felony retail theft and false identification to law enforcement authorities.
Mark A. Graham, 24, of Chicora waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 20 by state police.
Jonathan C. Kulak, 21, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 8 by township police. Kulak was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.
Noel D. Previty, 19, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 2 by township police. Previty was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.
Andrew D. Wilson, 21, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 2 by township police. Wilson was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.

Aurandt, 29, of Fredonia, Mercer County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 12.Joseph R. Brandon, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 9 by state police.Nicholas J. Campbell, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving, not using turn signals and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 21 by state police.Roy A. Hunt, 34, of Emsworth, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and without valid inspection, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 16 by state police.Michael L. Kowalski, 33, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely to another vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 27 by Slippery Rock University.Shawn P. Leonard, 27, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to keep right and careless driving, filed Nov. 2 by state police.Stephanie A. Meyer, 35, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and following too closely to another vehicle, filed May 19 by state police.Aaron D. Wright, 36, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, failure to keep right, careless driving, not carrying vehicle registration and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 6 by state police.Grant E. Young, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, improper use of a motorcycle learner's permit and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Oct. 15 by Slippery Rock police.Brandon E. Zimmer, 25, of Linesville, Crawford County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a lane violation, careless driving, a bumper violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 15 by state police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tammy Baer, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 23.Ryan Bickford, 22, of Butler waived to court two counts of theft by unlawful taking and charges of theft by deception and access device fraud, filed Oct. 29.June Christian, 22, of Dubois, Clearfield County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Oct. 12. Christian was ordered to pay $238.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Tyler J. Drzemiecki, 21, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and displaying an illegal sign, filed Nov. 1.Eric McElravy, 41, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, not wearing a seat belt and failure to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Oct. 25.
