SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by borough police:

Paul Benson, 19, of Harmony waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking, filed Oct. 31.

Edward W. Dixon 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and corruption of minors, filed July 19.

Da Pol, 34, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing a controlled substance and a stop sign violation, filed Oct. 28.

Jason N. Sinks, 22, of Lyndora waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors, filed July 19.

Daniel Truckley, 22, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 4.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Thomas J. Clark, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 28 by township police.Jesus M. Cruz-Ramos, 48, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of unauthorized use or transfer of registration, filed Sept. 27 by township police. Cruz-Ramos was ordered to pay $124.50 in fines and court costs.Racheal N. Heller, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 12 by township police. Heller was ordered to pay $775.50 in fines and court costs.Mason D. Hodgkiss, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and a vehicle bumper violation, filed Oct. 12 by township police. Hodgkiss was ordered to pay $517 in fines and court costs.Ryan M. Kelly, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 18 by township police. Kelly was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Meagan Jo Kozora, 27, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 1 by township police.Stephen M. Matoka, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Oct. 26 by state police.Andre S. Moreino, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 26 by township police. Moreino was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Jeremy J. Rivera, 19, of East Brady waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 10 by township police.John R. Smee, 32, of Butler was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 6 by township police.Leroy T. Steiner, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 18 by township police. Steiner was ordered to pay $352 in fines and court costs.John P. Tomlin Jr., 24, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, identity theft, access device fraud and conspiracy, filed Nov. 2 by township police.Jeffrey E. West Jr., 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 8 by township police.Matthew P. Zulick, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted burglary, loitering or prowling at night and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 23 by township police.

Anderson, 54, of Petrolia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 16.Andrew C. Fink, 20, of East Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 13. In a separate case filed Nov. 9, Fink waived to court a charge of alteration or destruction of a vehicle identification number, theft by deception and two vehicle title violations.Melissa S. Graham, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 22.Emily Greer, 18, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 26.William Harris, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 13.Charles Hays, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 18. Hays was ordered to pay $3,379 in restitution, fines and court costs.David V. Matson, 34, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed Aug. 31. Matson was ordered to pay $9,986.44 in restitution, fines and court costs.Cameron M. McDonald-Cahill, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking, filed Nov. 29.Courtney A. Miller, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed June 25.Joseph R. Parker, 21, of Karns City waived to court a charge of illegally possessing a firearm, filed May 26.
