Paul Benson, 19, of Harmony waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking, filed Oct. 31.

Edward W. Dixon 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and corruption of minors, filed July 19.

Da Pol, 34, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing a controlled substance and a stop sign violation, filed Oct. 28.

Jason N. Sinks, 22, of Lyndora waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors, filed July 19.

Daniel Truckley, 22, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 4.

Clark, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 28 by township police.Jesus M. Cruz-Ramos, 48, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of unauthorized use or transfer of registration, filed Sept. 27 by township police. Cruz-Ramos was ordered to pay $124.50 in fines and court costs.Racheal N. Heller, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 12 by township police. Heller was ordered to pay $775.50 in fines and court costs.Mason D. Hodgkiss, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and a vehicle bumper violation, filed Oct. 12 by township police. In a separate case filed Nov. 9, Fink waived to court a charge of alteration or destruction of a vehicle identification number, theft by deception and two vehicle title violations.Melissa S.
