Evans City — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Mark T. Vinson, 43, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 1 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Joseph Paul Gaiser, 24, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Larry Wayne Tyson, 61, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 14 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

Allan P. Fischer, 63, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

David Graczyk, 25, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged July 8 by the state police with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Caitlyn Joy Collier, 18, no address given, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 28 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and buying alcohol as a minor.

John Richard Lorenz, Jr., 49, of Fenelton waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 8 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
