MOVING ON
Frank Prazenica Jr., who recently retired as superintendent of the South Butler County School District, receives the key to the district from Nelda Burd, school board president, at the Dec. 1 school board meeting. Prazenica worked as superintendent for four years. Dale Lumley is the new superintendent.
