BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Grant M. Bailey, 29, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 6 by Butler Township police.

Kristopher A. Barkus, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Sept. 13 by Butler Township police.

Autumn L. Coburn, 20, of Prospect waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possessing instruments of crime and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police.

Jason T. Ewing, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police. Ewing was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.

Shirley A. Fudoli, 61, of Butler waived to court two counts of bad checks in separate cases filed Oct,. 6 and Nov. 1 by Butler Township police.

Paul A. Hartle, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and carrying a firearm without a permit, filed Nov. 4 by state police.

Walter C. Jordan II, 31, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Oct. 18 by Butler Township police.

Basil A. Luchkiw Jr. 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, speeding and reckless driving, filed Nov. 12 by Butler Township police.

Crystal A. Minda, 26, of Chicora waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police.

Derek J. Mrocek, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 21 by Butler Township police.

Jennifer C. Okeson, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 21 by Butler Township police. Okeson was ordered to pay $523.50 in fines and court costs.

Robert S. Reed, 23, of Buckhannon, W.Va., was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 15 by Butler Township police.

Sheena L. Rogerson, 27, of Elizabeth, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 25 by Butler Township police.

Ashley F. Thomas, 18, of Prospect waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possessing instruments of crime and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police.

Robert Thomas, 69, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, improperly backing a vehicle and careless driving, filed April 26 by Butler Township police. In a separate case filed Sept. 13 by the township police, Thomas waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker and disorderly conduct.

Eduardo L. Vazquez, 35, of Valencia waived to court a charges of bad checks, filed Oct. 7 by Butler Township police.

Terrence A. Vrabel, 33, of Grove City waived to court charges of retail theft, attempted retail theft and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Oct. 25 by Butler Township police.

Mark D. Westwood, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Sept. 9 by state police.

Benjamin L. Whittington, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Sept. 24 by Butler Township police.

Jeremy J. Whittington, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 24 by Butler Township police.

Norman R. Ziegler Jr., 51, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 21 by Butler Township police. Ziegler was ordered to pay $623.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Amanda Mellish, 22, of East Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 31. Mellish was ordered to pay $508.50 in fines and court costs.Edward L. Reges, 67, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 15.Raymond Watson, 44, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of burglary, aggravated assault, trespass, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 5William Vankirk, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, conspiracy and theft, filed Nov. 18.
