SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:

Darlene A. Dietrich, 47, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 2 by state police.

Robert J. Kuzma, 21, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and not stopping at a red light, filed Oct. 19 by Slippery Rock police.

Brian C. Leonard, 26, of Baden, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Jacob A. McWilliams, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, not wearing a seat belt and not using low beams, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

Terry E. Rudolph, 44, of Leesburg, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of hit-and-run, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper turn, careless driving, failure to give information or render aid after an accident and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Sept. 13 by state police.

Katelyn N. Tuscano, 19, of Pasadena, Md., waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 6 by Slippery Rock police.
