District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Mark A. Banks, 22, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25 with identity theft, access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.

Brittany Nicole Savage 19, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 23 with robbery, criminal conspiracy and retail theft.

Kyle Dilliplaine, 20, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by county detectives with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility.

Saundra J. Walker, 22, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 23 with criminal conspiracy, retail theft and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer.

Chad David Sutter, 23, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by county detectives with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Adam Peter Psensky, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 6 with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Patrick William McCurry, 21, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by county detectives with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Michael Stephan Gorrio, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by county detectives with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Kevin David Vankirk, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 with criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

David Brent Robinson, 32, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 24 with luring a child into a motor vehicle, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

Joseph L. Holmes, 43, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by county detectives with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Thomas W. McCune, 43, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Susan Lee Hogue, 24, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 13 by county detectives with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Amanda Kelosky, 23, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 13 by county detectives with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammy Sue Miller, 44, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 13 by county detectives with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Cynthia M. Jordan, no age given, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 26 with retail theft.

Ryan Lee Hewett, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 with simple assault.

Brandi Rae Chegas, 24, of New Brighton waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 16 with criminal conspiracy, access device fraud and identity theft.

Sarah Kay Barkley, 22, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 16 with criminal conspiracy, access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

John Burton Ofslager, 24, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael J. Mancione, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
