BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jason L. Bailey, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Oct. 4 by township police.

Christopher A. Defelice, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 9 by township police. Defelice was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.

Krystle I. Gregg, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 28 by township police.

Sandra C. Guthrie, 22, of Koppel, Beaver County, waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 30 by township police.

Shannon J. Kaib, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 20 by township police.

Shanna M. Moxley, 29, of New Castle was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 4 by township police.

Andrew L. Robitaille, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of attempted acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery and fraudulent procurement of drugs, filed Oct. 17 by township police.

Daniel A. Schnur, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving, a lane violation, driving with faulty tires and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 28 by township police.

Emily N. Sopel, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and defiant trespass, filed Oct. 7 by township police.

Heather R. Thornton, 22, of Butler pleaded to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 23 by state police. Thornton was ordered to pay $552 in fines and court costs.

Courtney S. Tolbert-Reddick, 19, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 5 by township police. She was ordered to pay $352 in fines and court costs.

Jason A. Walzer, 34, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 30 by township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases by state police:Gregory H. Diehl, 41, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right and driving without rear lights, filed July 18.Chad Heasley, 26, of New Castle waived to court two counts of theft and charges of receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, filed Sept. 13.Chayna M. McDowell, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without rear lights, filed Sept. 21.Jason J. Mull, 30, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, failure to yield the right of way, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 8.Steven W. Streng Jr., 46, of South Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, filed June 30.

Bauer, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving without headlights, filed Aug. 30.William Dellich, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 14.Dale R. Dunkle, 38, of Bruin pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed Sept. 19. Dunkle was ordered to pay $840.50 in fines and court costs.Donald L. Grossman, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Sept. 23.Joshua S.
