Scheidemantle

Wayne E. Scheidemantle, 79, of Harmony died Friday.

He was the beloved husband of Marlene (Vangura) Scheidemantle; dear father of Kevin (Donna Frankenstein), Kurt (Linda) and Keith (Sharon) Scheidemantle; stepfather of Kenneth Senka (Sandee), Lynn Senka and Thomas Senka (Kim); and "Pap" to 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He also is survived by four sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Howard and Bernice Scheidemantle, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen (Dave); and his sisters, Doris, Kate, Janet and Shirley Ann.

Mr. Scheidemantle was the owner/operator of the Seneca Valley School District bus operations and also a charter bus service for more than 55 years.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the Korean War.

<B>SCHEIDEMANTLE</B> — Friends of Wayne E. Scheidemantle, who died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. today at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
