Jason Mefford and Laura Kivlan

A 2011 wedding is being planned by Laura Kivlan and Jason Mefford.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rick and Gayle Kivlan of Gibsonia. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Tom and Lori Maihle of East Butler and Rob Mefford of California.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Pine Richland High School and a 2010 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she majored in therapeutic recreation.

Her fiance graduated in 2005 graduate from Butler High School and in 2010 from Slippery Rock University, where he majored in environmental health and safety.
