SAXONBURG District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert Best, 26, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and hit-and-run, filed Sept. 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Billie Bowers, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 3 by state police. Bowers was ordered to pay $558.50 in fines and court costs.

David Diller Jr., 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

Fred Malloy, 44, of Trafford, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation, filed Sept. 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Stanley Pleva, 69, of Freeport waived to court a charge of indecent exposure, filed Sept. 30 by Buffalo Township police.

Annika A. Ringler, 26, of Renfrew waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 13.

Lazaro M. Tavira, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 13.

BUTLER TWP District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Nicholas B. Defelice, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a license plate, filed Oct. 5. Defelice was ordered to pay $727 in fines and court costs.Paul J. Galster, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of escape, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, not pulling over for an emergency vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 19.Breeze A. Hammersley, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 4.Ryan C. Mullen, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 26. Mullen was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Richard L. McManus, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 25.Carol Jo McVicker, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Oct. 4.Annika A. Ringler, 26, of Renfrew waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 29.Jeffrey J. Rivers, 21, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 5. Rivers was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.Lazaro M. Tavira, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 29.

Baer, 21, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 1 by Slippery Rock University police.Joshua T. Bennett, 19, of Portersville waived to court four counts of burglary, two counts of theft and a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 24 by state police.Christopher L. Cable, 23, of Franklin, Venango County, waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed Oct. 18 by Harrisville police.Harold L. Denbow, 25, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 13 by state police.Robert J. Duffield, 28, currently a state prisoner, waived to court three counts each of burglary and trespass, and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed in three cases Aug. 6 by state policeCharles W. Holmes, 35, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failure to keep right, failure to yield and a lane violation, filed Sept. 7 by state police.Wallace D. Cooper, 20, of Harrisville waived to court charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 23.Joseph B. Gallagher, 28, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and bad checks, filed Sept. 22.Wayne R. Graham, 32, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment, filed Oct. 24.Tammy L. Michel, 32, of East Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Sept. 15, and was ordered to pay $558.50 in fines and court costs.Daniel P. Moore, 42, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents causing injury, hit-and-run a lane violation, not using turn signals, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Sept. 24.Jerrod C. Patterson, 21, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 24.
