William Milbert Jr. and Samantha Blackwell

A Dec. 31 wedding is being planned by Samantha Blackwell and William Milbert Jr., both of East Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Judy Blackwell of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Beth Milbert Sr. of Butler and Andrea Hirth of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Butler High School and a 2008 graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts at Indiana (Pa.) University. She is employed by the YMCA and by Kinstaria’s Dance and Recreation, both in Butler.

Her fiance graduated in 2006 from Butler High School. He is in the United States Navy.
