Jarasiewicz Sr.

Mitchell F. Jarasiewicz Sr., 92, of Cranberry Township died Friday at UPMC Cranberry Place.

Born Dec. 28, 1917, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Nikodem and Apolonia (Worchel) Jarasiewicz.

He was the beloved husband of the late Viola (Bennett) Jarasiewicz, who died Oct. 12, 2009.

He was the beloved father of three daughters and two sons, Carol "Ginger" Didolce (Bob) of Allison Park, Patricia "Penny" Augustine (Chet) of Beechview, Mitchell Jarasiewicz Jr. (Priscilla) of Cranberry Township, Paul Jarasiewicz (Denise) of Cranberry Township and the late Constance "Connie" Stadtfield. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind a loving sister, Jerry Schuerle of Library, and a loving brother, John Jarasiewicz of Laguna Woods, Calif.

<B>Jarasiewicz </B>— Friends of Mitchell F. Jarasiewicz Sr., who died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, </B>130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.
