CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Brandon Michael Ealy, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal attempt of rape, aggravated indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault/less than 16 year old, corruption of minors, indecent assault without consent of another, indecent assault/person less than 16 years old, filed March 25.
Deborah Lynn Ealy, 51, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 15. She was ordered to pay $408.50 in fines and court costs.
Troy David Hughes, 40, of Karns City waived to court charges of two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property, three counts of access device fraud, two counts of identity theft and two counts of access device fraud, filed March 26.
Terri Lemon, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.02 percent, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Sept. 8.
George Martin Jr., 32, of Chicora waived to court charges of arson, five counts of risking catastrophe, simple assault, five counts of recklessly endangering another person, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 19.
Richard J. Nolan Jr., 42, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass/break-in to structure, simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 22.
Michael Rinehart, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Aug. 30.
Derek Wright, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, not wearing a seat belt and purchase of alcohol by a minor, filed Oct. 18.
