CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Justin Joseph Rosati, 31, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 17 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Cameron Michael Sopcak, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 24 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

Steven Paul Kelly, 35, of Somerset, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Tricia A. Trubic, 40, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Adams Township police with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.

Christopher Del Russo, 57, of Landing, N.J., had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 24 with harassment.

Ashley Wokutch, 19, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 24 with loitering, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

John Bryant Williams, 31, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the state police with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Maria Labate, 22, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Artine Shirvani, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Svetlana Alexa Tarassov, 23, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
