SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Megan Harrison, 24, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

Eugene L. Heasley Jr., 25, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, child endangerment, simple assault and reckless endangerment, filed Oct. 7 by state police.

Max Horn, 34, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 3 by state police.

Nancy Ransick-Smith, 55, of Valencia waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed May 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Jodie Shirey, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 3 by Butler County detectives.

Raelynne Wenck, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 3 by Butler County detectives. Wenck was ordered to pay $358.50 in fines and court costs.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Martha J. Bowser, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 7 by Butler Township police.Christopher Defelice, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 12 by Butler Township police. Defelice was ordered to pay $775.50 in fines and court costs.Amber L. Deremigi, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 7 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Edward W. Dixon 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Butler Township police.Nicholas A. Ferrer, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, DUI and speeding, filed Sept. 15 by Butler Township police.Jesse J. Gardner, 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 30 by Butler Township police.Jody L. Graham, 40, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 9 by state police.Samantha McConnell, 19, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 12 by Butler Township police. McConnell was ordered to pay $452 in fines and court costs.Beatrice G. Osche, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 27 by Butler Township police.Lori A. Petanovich, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing a controlled substance, filed Oct. 5 by Butler Township police. Petanovich, in a separate case filed Oct. 7 by Butler Township police, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Kenneth W. Pistorius, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, an emergency vehicle violation, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Sept. 17 by Butler Township police.Trei P. Saeler, 23, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, driving without his registration card, driving without insurance, a traffic signal violation and careless driving, filed Sept. 9 by state police.Jason N. Sinks, 22, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Butler Township police. In a separate case filed Tuesday by Butler Township police, Sinks waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing a small amount marijuana.Alexander G. Smith, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 7 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Etta M. Somogy, 62, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Aug. 25 by Butler Township police.Andrew C. Stietenroth III, 39, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 7 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Stietenroth was ordered to pay $763.50 in fines and court costs.William E. Thomas, 28, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, criminal mischief, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, in two separate cases filed Aug. 11 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Dawn Best, 34, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, careless driving, an open container violation, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 18.David J. Christy, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle on public property, hit-and-run, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 18.Edward C. Fink, 23, of Butler waived to court five counts of receiving stolen property, filed July 6.Kristen D. Frye, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Sept. 22.Kevin Fulmer, 39, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 28.David L. Hogue 23, of Butler waived to court two counts each of burglary, conspiracy and trespass, and five counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 1.Sophia Locke, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 4.Nathanial D.
