SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Hogan Kahle, 25, of Clarion waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, filed June 8 by state police.

Joshua Kobert, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, a minimum speed violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 15 by state police.

Christopher Myers, 27, of Sarver waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 25 by Buffalo Township police.

Joshua Smolen, 21, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed by state police.

Gerald Truver, 52, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Sept. 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Paul Yesconis, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 4 by Penn Township police.

Bowman, 40, of Butler was held for court on a charge of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.Darla R. Brown, 40, of Portersville pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 23 by Butler Township police. Brown was ordered to pay $685.77 in fines and court costs.Charles M. Cook, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal mischief, theft and harassment, filed Aug. 27 by Butler Township police.Craig K. Crawford, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Aug. 16 by Butler Township police. Crawford was ordered to pay $352 in fines and court costs.Racheal M.
