CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police, unless otherwise stated:

Ronald Eugene Miller, 64, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 with criminal use of a communication facility, criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Jerry A. Pratt, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 5 with identity theft, access device fraud and theft by deception.

Thomas Anthony Ferrieri, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Edward Walbrecher, 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Shelly Marie McNamee, 39, of Portersville waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 30 with criminal use of a communication facility, criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew James Murphy, 35, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged July 1 with forgery.

David Alan Ota, 59, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel L. Baka, 30, of McKeesport waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 10 with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Eric Thomas Negri, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 by the state police with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deirdre Beth Whitehead, 37, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Frank Karl Gillespie, 50, of Enon Valley waived his case to court. He was charged July 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

James Irwin Steding, 46, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 with simple assault.

In a case filed by the Evans City police, Eric R. Mackenzie, 22, of Elwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, harassment, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving.
