Jim Riley
Jim Riley
To my family and friends,
Death is nothing at all
It does not count
I have only slipped into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.
The old life that we lived
So fondly together is untouched and unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name
Put no sorrow in your voice.
Laugh as we always laughed at the jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again.
God bless all of you who were there for Jim and I.
Special thanks to my family and wonderful neighbors who were there for me at a very difficult time.
Jim will always be remembered for his sense of humor.
A big thank you to Young's Funeral Home and the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
