Krista Bradley, 31, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of forgery, bad checks and theft by deception, filed July 28 by Buffalo Township police.
Joseph Liberto, age not given, of Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed July 1 in a private complaint.
Helle Sinz, 43, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed July 3 by Saxonburg police.
Sylvia Walker, 58, of Valencia waived to court charges of accidents involving injury, hit-and-run, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, driving with a suspended license and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 23 by Middlesex Township police.

Hockenberry, 26, of Harmony waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and unauthorized use of vehicles, filed Wednesday by state policeBarry G. Miller, 62, of Ellwood City pleaded guilty to a charge of open lewdness, filed July 25 by Moraine State Park officers. Miller was ordered to pay $613.50 in fines and court costs.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Timothy L. Connell, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving without headlights, filed June 27.Justin W. Cooksey, 27, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, following too closely to another vehicle, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 24.Wayne Graham III, 32, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 16. Graham was ordered to pay $643.50 in fines and court costs.Bradley D. Kradel, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 2.Kevin M. Sifers, 32, of Preston, W.Va., waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 22.
