SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Ernest Campbell IV, 44, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, five counts of reckless endangerment, driving at an unsafe speed and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 25 by Buffalo Township police.
Nathan Frndak, 29, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 29 by state police.
Elizabeth Kendall, 28, of Irwin, Westmoreland County waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Aug. 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Heather Koelliker, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed June 28 by Buffalo Township police.
Kelvin Kohan, 27, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to immediately notify police of an accident and careless driving, filed July 30 by Buffalo Township police.
Linda McClafferty, 61, of Ford City, Armstrong County waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed July 10 by Buffalo Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jenna L. Fair, 25, of Sligo, Clarion County, waived to court charges of false reports to police and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed June 7.Jesse J. Gardner, 36, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed April 29. Gardner was ordered to pay $1,208 in restitution, fines and court costs.John Gaurrich, 36, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 19.Dean Hershey Jr., 37, of Boyers waived to court charges of theft by deception and access device fraud, filed Aug. 27.David Morrow, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 20.Sheila Timbs, 44, of Hilliards waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 29.George Zaborowski, 40, of Cabot waived to court charges of indecent assault and harassment, filed July 20.
