District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Trevor Stephen Van Dyke, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 18 by the state police with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, rape of a child, involuntary sexual intercourse with a child and aggravated indecent assault of a child.
Dacia Renee Walker, 21, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Jackson Township police with tampering with public records, unlawful duplication and forgery.
Kristoffer M. Ion, 19, of Harmony had his case held for court. He was charged Sept. 7 by Jackson Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, making a false report and criminal conspiracy.
John James Joseph, 31, of Cresson Township, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by the state police with criminal mischief, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, disorderly conduct, careless driving and reckless driving.
Will T. Leavell, Jr., 45, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged July 1 by Jackson Township police with harassment and simple assault.
Kelly S. Duca, 47, of Delmont waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 by Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Shawn Matthew Smith, 31, of Cranberry had his case held for court. He was charged July 20 by county detectives with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.
Jeremy Michael Flood, 34, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged Sept. 2 by the state police with aggravated assault, rape, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, intimidation of a witness or victim, possession and instrument of crime, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Edward Thomas Davis, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 17 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Michael Shawn O'Neil, 36, of Mars waived his case for court. He was charged Aug. 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Justin Michael Eppinger, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by Jackson Township police with simple assault and harassment.
Nathaniel J. Baxter, 19, of Callery had his case held for court. He was charged Sept. 5 by Jackson Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
Erin L. Walker, 41, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

She was charged Aug. 8 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Rose M. Rogers, 50, of Carnegie waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 with access device fraud, identity theft, forgery and receiving stolen property.Christopher Reehl, 24, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged May 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Robert C. King, 51, of Venetia waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Ethan David Landis, 21, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Zachary Calvin Eckstrom, 20, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Joshua Jay Kish, 28, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged July 20 with retail theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
