Mars teams run to victory

The Mars boys cross country team earned a sweep over Indiana, Ford City and Moon Tuesday.

Led by a second-place finish by Chris Georgiadis, Mars (3-1) downed Ford City 15-50, Indiana 23-35 and Moon 25-31.

The Mars girls went 2-1 against the same foes, downing Indiana 26-29 and Ford City 21-49, but falling to Moon 17-46.

Carly Clark placed sixth for Mars (2-2).
