District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Paul Edward Zotter, 57, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kevin Jacob Garlicki, 22, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged June 10 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without insurance.

Timmy Allen Wheelock, 51, of Melbourne, Fla., waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Evan N. Falce, 27, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jeremy Robert Stewart, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16 by Jackson Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy.

Patrick James Duncan, 31, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 19 by Zelienople police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jason Allen Gettman, 31, of Fombell waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Zelienople police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy.

Bryan Lee Conner, 23, of Mars had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 21 by Mars police with disorderly conduct and harassment.

Ashley Jean Hake, 23, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 22 by Zelienople police with burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Robert Joseph Guthrie, 27, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

He was charged Oct. 10 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Michele Orsini, 28, of Avalon waived her case to court. She was charged July 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.James Adams Defilippo, 21, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged July 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, purchasing alcohol as a minor and careless driving.Nicholas Keith Burnett, 24, of Allison Park waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 with criminal trespass, theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.Robert Davidson, 23, of Cranberry waived his case to court.
