Edward Kormos and Megan McGarvey

A Sept. 10, 2011, wedding is being planned by Megan McGarvey of Butler and Edward Kormos of Clearfield.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joan and Bill McGarvey of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Tom and Kathy Kormos of Greenville.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Lock Haven University. She is employed by Positive Steps Therapy in Gibsonia.

Her fiance graduated in 2002 from Greenville High School and in 2010 from Youngstown State University. He is employed by RPI Energy, Shawville Plant, in Shawville.
