SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Richard Bauer, 32, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed July 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Sarah Gratton, 19, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived to court a charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Amber Pelkey, 22, of Butler waived to court two counts of possessing a controlled substance, in separate cases filed May 3 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Brianna Wissinger, 23, of Sarver waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 19 by Saxonburg police.

Armitage, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, and a lighting violation, filed July 2 by state police.Crystal D. Brooks, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, and improper disposal of waste on the highway, filed June 28 by state police.Shana M. Daly, 30, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed June 30 by Butler Township police.Cheri A. Gordon, 23, of Johnstown waived to court charges of driving under the influence, permitting a person to drive without a license, a lane violation, and careless driving, filed April 15 by state police.Richard Haley, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of illegal sale or transfer of firearms, and two counts of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed June 15 by state police.Jerry A. Higley Jr., 18, of Prospect waived to court a charge of escape, filed Aug. 19 by Butler County detectives.Donald A. Huegal, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to commit corrupt organizations, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, and three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance, filed Aug. 17 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics.Ashley L.
