Robert Bollinger, 21, of Hillville, Lawrence County, was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property, filed April 22 by state police.
Jeremy Gent, 19, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by Buffalo Township police.
Michael Gent Jr., 20, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and speeding, filed Aug. 2 by Buffalo Township police.
Casey Lex, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by Middlesex Township police.
Kevin Madden, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 16 by Middlesex Township police.
Stephanie Racette, 24, of Mars waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by Middlesex Township police.
Andrew Serwatka, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 22 by Middlesex Township police.
Shawn Smith, 31, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 23 by Middlesex Township police.
James Spaley, 30, of Wexford waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 19 by Middlesex Township police.

Birckbichler, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 5 by state police.Michael Christofano, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, hit-and-run and failure to give information and render aid after an accident, filed July 19 by Butler Township police. Christofano was ordered to file $1,713.50 in fines and court costs.William F. Claypool, 18, of Mercer pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, filed July 7 by Butler Township police. Claypool was ordered to pay $913.50 in fines and court costs.Randall L. Crippen, 46, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 2 by Butler Township police. Crippen was ordered to pay $775.50 in fines and court costs.Jose A. Gonzalez, 63, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to give information and render aid after an accident, filed July 19 by Butler Township police.
