An Oct. 10 wedding is being planned by Brenda Bowser of Butler and Scott Adams of Harrisville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ronald and Elaine Bowser of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Nancy Adams of Avalon and the late Harold Adams.

The bride-elect is a 1993 graduate of Butler High School. She received a degree in business management in 2009. She is employed by II-VI Inc. in Saxonburg.

Her fiance graduated from Cochranton High School. He is employed by Quail Run Ranch in Slippery Rock.
