William E. Duncan
William "Bill" Edward Duncan, 71, of Butler passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born Dec. 19, 1938, in Butler, the son of the late David Duncan and Florence (Hoak) Duncan.
Bill was a cook for more than 30 years at the Hot Dog Shop and had owned Duncan's Corner Store.
He also enjoyed shooting pool.
Surviving are two sons, William C. (Denise) Duncan of Ambridge and Tim (Joanne) Duncan of Evans City; two daughters, Amy Bodema and Sheila Duncan, both of Butler; a brother, Clint Duncan; a sister, Barb Duncan; five grandchildren, Tabatha (Eric) Singer, Joe Duncan, Sarah Duncan, Adam Duncan and Trevor Bodema; and a great-grandson, Edan Singer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives, Carol Mae (Rentz) Duncan and Shirley Ann (Hilliard) Duncan; a son; a brother; and a sister.
<B>DUNCAN</B> — A memorial service for William "Bill" Edward Duncan, who died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W.
