The following students received degrees from their respective colleges and universities:
Kyle Rock of Butler graduated with a bachelor's in information systems from Slippery Rock University.While at Slippery Rock, he organized and participated in a program that exchanged computer repairs for food and clothing donations that were given to a local church.He accepted a position with Armstrong Cable as a lead technical support representative.A 2005 graduate of Butler High School. He received an associate's in computer science in 2007 from Butler County Community College.He is the son of Jane and Robert Rock of Butler.——
<B>Ashley Nocera</B> of Butler graduated in May from Penn State, the Behrend College, in Erie with a bachelor's in psychology.At Penn State, she was a member of Psi Chi psychology honors society.She will continue her education at Mercyhurst College in Erie, where she will pursue a master's in teaching special education.A 2006 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of James and Patricia Nocera of Butler.——
<B>Bradley Hughes</B> of Butler graduated with a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.While at Case Western, he received Best Senior Project Award, IEEE/HKN Award and the Fuller Prize for most outstanding senior in the Case School of Engineering.He was lead technician for the first place team for the autonomous lawn mower competition sponsored by the Institute of Navigation.He will pursue a master's in electrical engineering at Case Western Reserve University.A 2006 graduate of Butler High School, he is the son of Roger and Cheryl Hughes of Butler.——
<B>Stacey Stewart </B>of State College graduated with high distinction with a bachelor's in crime law and justice and a minor in sociology from Penn State University.While at Penn State, she was on the dean's list for six semesters. She was named an Osher Reentry Scholar and received the Volk and March APG Scholarship. She was a member of Phi Eta Sigma honor society and the Golden Key International Honor Society.
