CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Danny Croyle, 53, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to keep right, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed July 14.

Nicholas Dorcy, 24, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 4.

James D. Gregory, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 25.

Shawn Hilliard, 29, of Parker waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed July 26.

Robert E. Merwin, 29, of Parker waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed July 26.

Andrew L. Perry, 28, of Prospect waived to court three counts each of burglary, trespass and theft by unlawful taking in three separate cases filed Aug. 9. Additionally, in two of those cases, Perry waived two counts each of receiving stolen property, theft by deception and criminal mischief.

Jerry L. Uber, 46, of Harrisville waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 24.

Powers, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Slippery Rock police June 29.Tasia Tia-Nicol Johnson, 24, of Washington, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to stop at red signal and disregard of traffic lane, filed by state police April 26.Justin L.
