CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Alan Lee Whaley, 38, of Cranberry had his case held for court. He was charged May 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Matthew James Murphy, 34, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged May 24 with perjury, false swearing and unsworn falsification to officers.

Paul Jason Galster, 31, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged May 28 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Latasha Wallace, 31, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. She was charged June 2 with retail theft.

Brandon Kirk Aven, 26, of New Castle had his case held for court. He was charged June 18 with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mellissa Lynn McClure, 28, of Cranberry waived her case for court. She was charged June 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Amy L. Ulm-Boyle, 42, of Cranberry waived her case for court. She was charged June 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eric T. Stasiowski, 43, of Rochester waived his case to court. He was charged July 30 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Michelle R. Willenkin, 34, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged June 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Robert W. Flatt, 30, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged June 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Lara Anne Wiemann, 26, of Cranberry waived her case for court. She was charged June 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

James A. Slayton, 55, of Tonawanda, N.Y., waived his case for court. He was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was charged May 7 by Jackson Township police with writing bad checks.Wendy Lynn Osborne, 32, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged June 15 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Ryan Peter Schidemantle, 29, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Benjamin Booher, 31, of Chicago had his case held for court. He was charged March 21 by Adams Township police with rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, indecent exposure and recklessly endangering another person.Seth Joseph Meisel, 32, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Bradley Albert Barr, 23, of Mars waived his case for court. He was charged June 17 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Joseph Karl Ludwik, 23, of Butler waived his case for court. He was charged June 10 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Eric Richard Michael, 30, of Oakdale had his case held for court. He was charged June 12 by Adams Township police with access device fraud.Curt Allen Hauser, 45, of Sewickley waived his case for court. He was charged June 30 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.John Sucola, 45, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 by Zelienople police with harassment, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.William P. Hiles, Jr., 44, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by Adams Township police with causing catastrophe, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.James R. Miller, 48, of Polk had his case held for court. He was charged May 20 by Jackson Township police with bad checks.Clarence William Fetter, 43, of Mars waived his case for court. He was charged March 18 by Adams Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
