SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by Saxonburg police:

Laura Camerlo, 42, of Freeport waived to court two counts of forgery and a charge of fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance, filed July 8.

Brittany Geibel, 22, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of theft and of access device fraud and a charge of conspiracy, filed Feb 12.

Hannah Holmes, 19, of Cabot waived to court two counts of theft and charges of access device fraud and conspiracy, filed Feb. 12.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Holly L. Abbott, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI and failing to obey an authorized person directing traffic, filed May 26 by Butler Township police.Nathan T. Anderson, 21, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed July 6 by Butler Township police. Anderson was ordered to pay $563.50 in fines and court costs.Wendel R. Callender, 46, of New Castle was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed April 27 by Butler Township police.David E. Chilcott, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed March 23 by Butler Township police.Andrew D. Direnzo, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, underage drinking and making an improper turn, filed June 15 by Butler Township police. The charges were filed several days before his 21st birthday.Dennis M. Feltz Jr., 29, of Evans City waived to court two counts of simple assault, four counts of harassment, and public drunkenness, filed June 28 by Butler Township police.April D. Hemphill, 24, no known address, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 29 by Butler Township police.Calib J. Newman, 24, no known address, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 29 by Butler Township police.William Parsons, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of drunkenness, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, filed Aug. 2 by Butler Township police. Parsons was ordered to pay $484 in fines and court costs.Selina E. Proper, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 9 by Butler Township police. Proper was ordered to pay $437 in fines and court costs.Colin M. Rensel, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and receiving stolen property, filed July 6 by Butler Township police.Charles S. Smith, 58, of New Castle waived to court a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed June 15 by Butler Township police.Jerry L. Vinroe, 48, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 3 by state police.Nathan A. Young, 41, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 15 by Butler Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Lisa Armstrong, 44, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without rear lights and careless driving, filed May 27 by Slippery Rock University police.David Earland-Marshall, 20, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of driving a boat under the influence, minors prohibited from operating a boat with alcohol in their system, underage drinking, violation of alcohol in a state park and operating a boat without lights, filed June 15 by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.Dominic P. Cianciola, 32, of Ashland, Ohio, waived to court four counts each of indecent assault with a person less than 13 years old, child endangerment, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, and eight counts of indecent assault, filed Aug. 2 by state police.Patrick M. Cunningham, 22, of Presto, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed June 15 by state police.Omar B. Elsheikh, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving with an obstructed windshield and failing to sign his registration card, filed May 17 by state police.Fred P.
