Kimberly Nowakowski and Justin Tarovisky

A Sept. 4 wedding is being planned by Kimberly Nowakowski of Butler and Justin Tarovisky of Wheeling, W.Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dean and Sharon Nowakowski of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Frank and Renee Tarovisky of Wheeling, W. Va.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2007 graduate of California (Pa.) University. She is employed by the Anderson DuBuse Company in Carnegie.

Her fiance graduated in 2002 from Wheeling Park High School and in 2007 from California (Pa.) University. He is employed by the United States Federal Penitentiary in Hazelton, W. Va.
