Christopher Felock, 20, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving without rear lights and an open container violation, filed May 30 by state police.
Dana Himes, 43, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of permitting violation of title, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed July 10 by Saxonburg police.
Randall Kradel, 48, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and failure to keep right, filed July 10 by Saxonburg police.
Melissa Smith, 36, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving without head lights on and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 17 by state police.
Grant Varner, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed July 3 by Saxonburg police.
BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Christian M. Ellis, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a traffic signal violation, filed June 1.Brandon J. March, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying traffic control devices, making an improper turn, a lane violation, driving without a license and without registration and driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker, filed May 25.Carrie L. Meier, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed June 11. Meier was ordered to pay $613.50 in fines and court costs.Mannon L. Rose, 21, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness, filed July 6. Rose was ordered to pay $302 in fines and court costs.Tasha N. Saeler, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 6. Saeler was ordered to pay $513.50 in fines and court costs.Joseph H. Sciulli, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 25.

Kramer, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a stop sign violation, filed June 17.Jamie Pyle, 39, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 26. Pyle was ordered to pay $308.50 in fines and court costs.Corey Slupe, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed May 11.
