SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Marc A. Boyer, 28, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 9 by Penn Township police. Boyer was ordered to pay $293.50 in fines and court costs.

Kimberly Powers, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 15 by Middlesex Township police. Powers was ordered to pay $293.50 in fines and court costs.

Timothy J. Reimel, 32, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and driving a vehicle without valid inspection, filed May 13 by Middlesex Township police.

David J. Stone, 22, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 9 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Billie Joe Bowser, 38, of Slippery Rock waived to court four counts of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and two counts each of corruption of minors and conspiracy to commit corruption of minors, filed Jan. 27.Alexander Cash Jr., 29, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 16.Justin R. Garvey, 32, of Kittanning waived to court charges of theft of leased property, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed July 1.Allen Hawk, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, public drunkenness and an open container violation, filed June 16.Larry N. Ingram, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted trespass, attempted theft and criminal mischief, filed July 7. In a separate case filed July 7, Ingram pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $763.50 in fines and court costs.Jamie Lee Jeter, 21, of Grandview, Tenn., waived to court charges of disseminating obscene and other sexual materials, and corruption of minors, filed July 10.Justin F. Kearns, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 25.Michelle L. Matichko, 31, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 27. Matichko was ordered to pay $507.70 in fines and court costs.Dawn M. Orourke, 43, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 7.Jeremy M. Pennington, 33, of Parker waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 12.Nathan A. Young, 41, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 7.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jennifer N. Chaney, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed May 5. Chaney was ordered to pay $202.50 in fines and court costs.Michael J. Marshall, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed May 5. Marshall was ordered to pay $202.50 in fines and court costs.Ryan A. McCommon, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed May 1.James W. Noblit, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 11.
