CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Kevin Hackett, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and an open container violation, filed May 25.

Jaime Homison, 25, of East Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 21.

Arthur Vanscoy, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of disseminating obscene and other sexual materials, corruption of minors and harassment, filed June 28.
