Margie Serrato and Erik Pavlina

A summer wedding is being planned by Margie Serrato and Erik Pavlina.

Parents of the prospective bridegroom are James and Sally Pavlina of Renfrew.

Serrato studied anthropology and psychology as an undergraduate at the University of Central Florida and is currently conducting her research for her doctorate in cultural anthropology at Texas A&M University.

Pavlina completed his doctorate in metallurgical and materials engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colo.
