Julia Kustugic
Julia Kustugic, 84, of Salem Township, Greenville, Pa., formerly of Zelienople, passed away at 10:42 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul's in Greenville.
She was born in Zelienople, March 10, 1926, to Louis Vincze and Julia (Rigo) Vincze.
She was a 1944 graduate of Zelienople High School and was employed as the head cashier at the A&P Grocery Store in Zelienople for 18 years, retiring in 1973.
She was a member of Zion's Reformed United Church of Christ in Greenville, and was a past member of St. Peter's Reformed Church in Zelienople.
She enjoyed going to church, traveling, and cooking. She will be missed by all.
Surviving are her husband Max Kustugic in Greenville, whom she married on June 30, 1951; a brother, Z.M. Vincze of Overland Park, Kan.; two sisters, Esther Smith of Albuquerque, N.M., and Flo Day of Phoenix, Ariz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearl O'Steen, Ida Jasker, and Jane Dennehey; and two brothers, Louis Vincze, and John Vincze.
<B>KUSTUGIC</B> — Private graveside services for Julia Kustugic, who died Thursday, May 13, 2010, will be held in St. Peter's Reformed Church Cemetery, Zelienople, with the Rev. Phillip J. Gamer, pastor of Zion's Reformed United Church of Christ, and the Rev. Glenn Sadler, chaplain of St. Paul's, officiating.
