Kayla Godlewski, 18, of Cabot won the Regional Strutting Competition for ages 15 and up. The competition, held in York, Pa., is presented by Twirling Unlimited. Twirlers from the United States and Canada participate.She is a member of the National Championship team of Senior Young Americans and was feature twirler during Knoch High School's 2009-10 football season. Her twirling instructor is Gwen Pysh of Saxonburg. Kayla is the daughter of Michael Godlewski and Betty Hunter.———Family Life TV's Youth Opportunity program recently held its annual youth recognition banquet for Butler County area participants who completed the yearlong workforce training program Project Business.
