Group honors longtime leader

Rosemary Kalinowsky

Rosemary Kalinowsky, outgoing board member and past president, was honored May 17 at the Foxburg Area Information Center board meeting.Current board president

Warren Thomas presented Kalinowsky with a special caboose plaque. Remaining board officers are

Marlee Shook.The information center is housed in a restored caboose along Foxburg's Main Street. The caboose is open from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through October. Contact Angela DeLisio at 724-679-2753 to volunteer.———

Ruth Stitt of Butler won the People's Choice Award and the Best Machine Quilting award from the Sanctuary of Quilts Committee.The Committee also honored
